There are more types of configurations than the Cowan code can treat.
I have run the calculation twice.  Suffix Y files have omitted 3pnd and
3pnf configurations.  Suffix Z files have omitted 3sni and 3snk 
configurations.  The Z suffix is the main calculation.  Lines connected
to 3sni and 3snk from gf1503y.pos and gf1503y.lines (in gfik.pos) were 
merged with gf1503z.pos and gf1503z.lines to form gf1503.pos and 
gf1503.lines. 

There are more recent gf data than NIST in the literature but they have 
not yet been put in.
