These are calculations from 2004.  Since then some of the formats and
file names have changed.   I was saving too many files.  I have 
reorganized the files to be current.

I added approximate Shore parameters for autoionization, gf1600.auto, and
substituted gf1600.auto into gf1600.pos and gfemq1600.pos to make 
gf1600.posauto and gfemq1600.posauto.
 
I substituted lab data to make gf1600.all, gf1600.allauto, gfemq1600.all, 
and gfemq1600.allauto which is the recommended file.
