There are too many types of configurations to be treated with the 
Cowan program in one run so the calculation was divided into two 
parts with suffix Z for p6 configurations and suffix Y for p5.  
Files with 2001 with no suffix have been merged.  All the positive 
lines are in one file gf2001.pos.   The file gfemq2001.all contains 
only gfemq2001.pos with two quadrupole lines replaced from 
gf2001sq.lab.  The linelist was computed 14-nov-2010.
