NIST has revised the energy levels since 2012.  See their web site
physics.nist.gov/asd.  

There was an editing error to the level 49935.200,1.5 4d 2D.
The 200 was changed to 614.  I have changed it back and rerun
everything.  The files were updated on 17 June 2012.
