gfall.predall is the merged file of predicted lines for the completed
ions in the same format as the gf*.lines files in /atoms and the
/gfnew/gfall.dat files that have lines with good wavelengths.
 
packiiiiiii.asc is gfall.predall changed to vacuum wavelengths and
packed into 7 integers per line with only the information needed to
compute line opacity.
 
packiiiiiii.bin is packiiiiiii.asc written in 16 binary bytes per line.
