OH+ XX and AX from a preprint submipted to ApJ by
Hodges, J.N., Bittner, D.M., and Bernath, P.F. 2018.

0.0419 cm-1 has been added to the level energies so that all
energies are positive.  Lines with loggf -8 and less have
been dropped.  All wavelengths are in air.
 
The format has been changed to acommmodate a + in the molecule code,
OH > " 108"  and  OH+ > "+108".  It needs to be changed in
the fortran to test for the +.
